Paramount WBD merger cleared by judge

$PSKY just cleared its last legal hurdle. A federal judge signed off on the settlement with multiple states, and with that, nothing stands between Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery anymore. The merger can finally close. Word is the deal itself and whatever the new company ends up being called could land as soon as next week, assuming nothing else pops up. One of the longest, most painful sagas this industry has ever dragged through might actually be over. Exactly. Took long enough.
