RoboCop (1987) is the most honest American movie ever made. I'll stand on that. A corporation privatizes the police, a dead man gets turned into a product, and the news cuts to "I'd buy that for a dollar." Nothing aged. It just got realer. The satire wasn't even satire anymore. 4/5 stars.
