AC Milan and Inter have gone and bought San Siro outright, paying the Milan City Council 197 MILLION EUROS for the ground and the land around it. That green light for a replacement is already in hand, with a capacity sitting at roughly 71,500, and the design work falls to Norman Foster and David Manica, the same minds behind Wembley.
