The logic here is a specific kind of wild. It starts with this hypothetical: walking with an infant while clutching an AK-47 that lacks a stock, no stroller or diaper bag in sight, just the weapon and the kid. Then it pivots to claim a Black community would be more prosperous if assigned a separate neighborhood. The argument asserts these communities have repeatedly been allocated exactly that kind of isolation. The stance is that wherever they go, the area deteriorates into that state of danger described by the rifle-carrying father scenario. This deterioration is then offered as the explanation for why others simply do not wish to live adjacent to them. That hit different tbh.
