The White House barred CNN from the Air Force One and event coverage pool. The next day, Jake Tapper is on national television asking US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz to carry a message to President Trump: let CNN back in. Waltz never said he would pass it along. So the network that spent years lecturing everyone is reduced to begging Trump officials on camera for its old perks back. Here is the part people keep missing: CNN does not have some exclusive lock on pointing a camera at Trump. Plenty of other networks can record and stream him, RealAmVoice among them.
