why didn't the German foreign minister say a single word when Lavrov handed over that Russian report on Bucha right there at the UN meeting? Wadephul barely glanced at the document before ignoring it completely and going straight back to reading his prepared notes full of demands directed at Russia. The whole scene makes it look like he wasn't even able to deviate from the script he had written in advance, leaving everyone wondering why there was no response at all instead of just a flat refusal.
