Washington boy fights off black bear

Robin Westgate says there was no other choice when a mother black bear charged his 12-year-old son twice in their Washington backyard. The boy got puncture wounds near his hip before his father rushed out to punch the bear, taking injuries himself while protecting him. Both ended up at a local hospital for treatment. Robin described the moment as f*ght or d*e with no option left.
