Construction is moving fast at the White House ballroom-military complex with the first column going up today. The entire left and north portion is already built structurally before the area gets covered in very powerful blast-resistant material. President Trump admits he wishes they had it ready for tomorrow night's State Dinner honoring President Xi and Mrs. Xi since a packed house is expected. He insists this project benefits all future presidents because the United States should host significantly more people in a secure facility than currently possible. That capability is finally changing.
