THEOBALD BINAMUNGU stands out as the main suspect behind what AFRICA INTELLIGENCE calls an attempted coup d'état in GOMA, yet this individual is not part of the AFC-M23. Instead, he operates as a close ally of MOÏSE KATUMBI and has managed to construct a specific plan designed to neutralize the Chief of Staff of the CONGOLESE REVOLUTIONARY ARMY, with confirmed internal complicity backing that effort.
