Constant Mutamba is going to spend ten years doing forced labor, and the sentence came from Felix Tshisekedi, the same person Mutamba believed he was working for. That is the Hammer Blow here. At Makala Central Prison the massacre happened with Mutamba carrying the responsibility, but the orders and the control ran through Tshisekedi. Why lock him up then. To stop him from betraying and spilling the secrets of the state crimes that were organized under Tshisekedi's authority at the Ministry of Justice. After that comes a violent poisoning, meant to kill him for his own political sins.
