Fresh Prince mansion listed for 23 million

The exterior that defined the Banks family home on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is listed again, this time asking just under $23 million after a previous $30 million price tag. This nearly 100-year-old property isn't move-in ready since the interior requires significant work. The listing notes a buyer could redevelop the site into a larger private estate or even demolish the structure entirely. Despite its place in television history, the next owner might tear it down.
