PSG fans banned from Marseille trip for Le Classique

🚨🇫🇷 TRAVEL TO MARSEILLE IS FORBIDDEN! PSG WILL PLAY LE CLASSIQUE WITHOUT ITS ULTRAS. The hottest match in France hasn't even started yet and is already causing controversy. French authorities have banned the travel of PSG fans to Marseille for Sunday's match against Olympique de Marseille. 🚫 The reason? The high risk of clashes between both fanbases, in one of the most tense rivalries in French football. In 2018, during the last Le Classique with visiting fans, eight officers were injured. PSG ultras have already announced legal action against the measure and allege that they have been without real dialogue with authorities for years. In France, such restrictions are common for matches considered high-risk. 🔥 This time, Le Classique will have to be played without one of its fanbases. And that perfectly reflects the tension surrounding this match.
