It's confirmed: Lukas Graham has pulled out of Ed Sheeran's tour to stand with Palestine and Macklemore. The reasoning isn't subtle either, centering on the idea that people need to be able to talk about war and civilian deaths without being silenced. There's a strong stance here about children deserving to grow up no matter where they live or what flag is flying over them. The artist made it clear that money doesn't grant anyone the right to own the conversation or control which topics get discussed. Nobody's bank balance should be deciding who gets to speak or which suffering we're allowed to acknowledge in public.
