Colorado sits sixth with $543,435 and Utah ranks seventh at $541,692. New York is eighth with a typical value of $525,947 followed by New Hampshire in ninth at $522,944. Rhode Island takes tenth with $517,078 and Oregon holds eleventh spot at $504,432. Idaho ranks twelfth with a typical value of $482,199 while Montana is thirteenth at $476,115.
