Alejandro Balde reaction to Xavi Espart goal

Competition inside La Masia has never been fiercer, and the split screen proves it. A LaLiga camera caught Alejandro Balde reacting right after Xavi Espart scored, and that image speaks volumes about where things stand. The Barça full-back has lost his prominence in the squad and currently sits in third place for the left-back role. It is a harsh reality that a fellow academy graduate has taken his starting spot simply because the replacement is delivering better performance on the pitch.
