United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby

Scott Kirby, the CEO at United Airlines, is drawing a hard line: four hours max for meetings each day. He wants to hit the sack early and stop burning hours on work that doesn't need it. The logic behind this isn't just about rest; it's a specific career shift. Kirby argues that as you climb up the ladder, definitely once you hit the CEO seat, the job stops being about grinding hard and starts being about thinking hard. That quote really sums up his stance on leadership efficiency. #UnitedAirlines
