Mick Foley praises Rebel

Rebel carrying Britt Baker to the ring on AEW Dynamite is exactly the kind of moment Mick Foley says he'll never forget. In his forty-year wrestling career, he counts about a dozen extraordinary memories, and watching Rebel roll away with Britt in her lap ranks right there among them. He was sitting in the audience when it happened, then rushed backstage immediately after to find dozens of colleagues surrounding Rebel, many of them in tears. It was beautiful to witness that reaction from everyone who knows her. Even while battling an incurable illness that has no cure, Rebel keeps finding ways to uplift others around her. That level of strength makes it feel like a privilege for Mick to call her a friend. The whole thing was sweet and heartfelt in a way that just hits different when you see it live.
