Gabriel Jesus first goal Barcelona

Some observers had already decided Gabriel Jesus was past his prime or no longer elite, but the narrative shifted hard at Camp Nou during a Champions League match. The Brazilian striker entered the game and scored two minutes after coming on for his first goal with Barcelona. He performed his signature celebration gesture while wearing the kit, a move familiar from other teams but now officially part of the Barça story. This performance demonstrated continued competitive drive, answering every doubt about his hunger. It frames the event as potentially the start of a new phase in his career because he joined the club with the objective of winning major titles, not just to remember what he was.
