The night market vibes from Taiwan are hitting Panda Express with a new limited-time dish called Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. It's not everywhere yet since they're running tests in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix and Reno before rolling it out more broadly.
