In China’s BoxOffice, Epic TheOdyssey is poised to become Hollywood’s first non-sequel/IP Post-Covid to cross the $100M mark next week, as ChristopherNolan adds $5.6M on 4th 3-day weekend, just a -44.8% drop from last weekend, after grossing STRONG $1.9M on 4th SUN, despite playing over just 18k screenings (-5k from last SUN). It hits a $98.6M cume in just 24 days. Next TUE, it’ll become Hollywood’s first non-sequel/IP to cross the $100M mark in China! $190k in pre-sales for 4th MON when it will play over just 18k screenings (same as today)
