TripoAI Gamescom 2026 Smart Mesh P2.0

just wrapped up their run at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne and they are making it clear that AI 3D is moving past simple model generation into a full production pipeline for game creators. The booth footage showed off Smart Mesh P2.0 as the centerpiece, a feature specifically designed to handle native quad topology which solves one of the biggest weaknesses in current AI tools where topology generation often fails. This new workflow generates assets containing up to 50K triangles while keeping the structure clean enough for actual game pipelines rather than just rough prototypes. It feels like a significant shift since most tools still struggle with getting usable geometry out of the box without heavy manual cleanup. #Tech
