Copa do Brasil format change vs CBF

Some people actually want the copa do brasil to run entirely as single games just to free up calendar slots tbh. but that scenario is pretty much cooked by the math on broadcasting rights. fewer matchups mean less stuff on the menu and the whole revenue model takes a hit. it feels like a nightmare scenario for the cbf if they ever try to pull this off without losing major cash flow.
