Despite performing below the previous instalment, the franchise remains lucrative, hitting a 49.2M cume in the U.S. alone, over a 18M production price tag. Audiences might not enjoy it as before, but as long as the franchise remains a money maker, oh boy they will keep making more of it. Eyeing a 5.5M-6.5M 3rd 3-day weekend
