You got Adolf Hitler from Germany sitting at number one, followed by Joseph Stalin out of Russia taking the second spot. Mao Zedong rounds out the top three for China while King Leopold II holds down fourth place for Belgium. Pol Pot makes the list fifth for Cambodia and Benito Mussolini is sixth representing Italy. Hideki Tojo lands seventh for Japan before Slobodan Milošević takes eighth for Serbia. Saddam Hussein sits ninth with Iraq behind him and Idi Amin claims tenth for Uganda. The North Korean duo Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il take eleventh and twelfth respectively. Mengistu Haile Mariam is thirteenth for Ethiopia, Francisco Franco fourteenth for Spain, and Nicolae Ceaușescu fifteenth for Romania.
