Transportation Sec. Sean Duffy confirmed a truck crash in Tennessee resulted in one American death involving a driver with a non-domiciled Commercial Driver's License issued by New York. Duffy stated subpoenas have been issued to the New York DMV for the driver's records while an investigation is underway with the Tennessee Highway Patrol to identify the carrier that licensed the driver.
