US military disables ad trackers after location data concerns

So the commercial data trade got real dangerous real fast, the US military had to kill the ad trackers on phones and computers because of reports that location info could be used to track and target American forces over in the Middle East. Air Force, Army, and Special Operations Command all co-signed the move in letters that Senator Ron Wyden dropped. Now he's pushing the Pentagon to dig deeper into what risks come with selling all that data. #UnitedStates
