Rayden Coleman ICE terror plot probation

Rayden Coleman was plotting to stalk and kill ICE agents in Portland, and the court handed him three years of supervised probation. That's the sentence for a terror plot involving beheadings and bombs, as KatieDaviscourt reported. SEN. MIKE LEE's take: "To say the least, probation is insufficient punishment for TERROR PLOTS!" This guy should be doing life behind bars. Instead, he walks back into society. That's the real collapse of law and order in blue cities. #MikeLee
