Napoli on Manchester United deals

A Napoli executive breaks down why Manchester United keeps showing up on their radar for business. The logic starts with Scott McTominay, a deal they call one of the best in years thanks to his goals, trophies, and that high Ballon d'Or ranking. That success opened the door for Mainoo, creating an immediate interest whenever an opportunity arose. The comparison drawn is Paul Pogba moving to Juventus, highlighting how a young United midfielder can arrive in Italy and instantly become one of the best midfielders in Europe. Joshua Zirkzee sits on that same list as a target, praised for his flair, technique, and clear understanding of Italian football. When asked if this makes Manchester United look like a scouting department for Serie A, the answer was a firm no. The executive insists it would be disrespectful to frame it that way, stating that United develops players first before they ever arrive in Italy.
