Tyler Robinson trial order Charlie Kirk case

The death penalty stays on the table after a judge ordered Tyler Robinson to face trial on all seven counts, aggravated murder among them. Robinson has pleaded not guilty to the charge that he opened fire on a crowd of thousands. Erika Kirk called Tuesday's ruling a meaningful step toward justice, coming close to a year after Charlie Kirk was killed at Utah Valley University. The Internet Bureau of Investigations, however, argues Robinson was set up as a patsy and that the murder followed a carefully orchestrated plan. I guess we'll see.
