    Summer Olympics host cities 1896-2032

    Ever wondered which cities have hosted the Summer Olympics? The full lineup from 1896 through 2032 is out. Athens, Greece kicked things off in 1896, then Paris, France took over in 1900. St. Louis, United States followed in 1904, London, United Kingdom in 1908, and Stockholm, Sweden in 1912. Antwerp, Belgium got the nod in 1920, with Paris, France hosting again in 1924. Amsterdam, Netherlands had it in 1928, Los Angeles, United States in 1932, Berlin, Germany in 1936, and London, United Kingdom in 1948. Helsinki, Finland came in 1952, Melbourne, Australia in 1956, Rome, Italy in 1960, Tokyo, Japan in 1964, Mexico City, Mexico in 1968, Munich, West Germany in 1972, Montreal, Canada in 1976, and Moscow, Soviet Union in 1980. The list continues with Los Angeles again in 1984, Seoul, South Korea in 1988, Barcelona, Spain in 1992, Atlanta, United States in 1996, Sydney, Australia in 2000, Athens again in 2004, Beijing, China in 2008, London in 2012, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2016, Tokyo in 2020, Paris in 2024, Los Angeles in 2028, and Brisbane, Australia in 2032. Tokyo's 2020 games were pushed to 2021 due to the pandemic, but they kept the name Tokyo 2020. #Olympics
