Kai Havertz Arsenal jersey sugar confession

Kai Havertz admits to being a total sugar addict, noting that after matches he drinks cola and eats sweets because they provide the energy he needs. When he first relocated to London, a daily chef was hired and he completely cut out sugar from his diet, yet he reports that this change made him feel terrible rather than better. The situation reversed at Chelsea where a nutritionist advised him directly to consume one serving of Fanta or Cola every single day. Now during halftime breaks, he buys jelly beans, Skittles, or similar candies, and resuming this specific sugar-based routine immediately restored his energy levels.
