Andrew Ng is the guy who helped millions learn AI through Stanford lectures and Coursera. He taught the world machine learning back when deeplearning was taking off. Now everyone's obsessed with chasing the perfect prompt like it's still a bottleneck, but that problem got solved years ago. Instead of posting hot takes, he walked into a Stanford hall and recorded 74 minutes covering architecture, evaluations, error analysis, and self-fixing agents. He uploaded it all for free without any paywall or bootcamp. The one person who could charge anything for this material chose to give away the entire AI engineering stack instead.
