Judge Noël Wise just blocked deportation for noncitizen students linked to Secretary Marco Rubio who advocate for Islamism or anti-American ideology, claiming the 1st Amendment protects them. This is unbelievable and she needs to be removed from the bench immediately while getting deported herself since visitors on visas aren't entitled to stay if they lied to get in. Noncitizens entering as visitors can have their visas revoked for acting against US national security if authorities knew about those intentions beforehand. I know Marco will overcome this rogue judge's decision like he has handled similar challenges in the past without any sugar coating needed.
