Jim Thwaites compared to Paul Scholes

if theres one thing that makes me excited about jim thwaites its the way he sees the game before everyone else. the weight he puts on his through balls is something else. im not calling him the next paul scholes because that would be unfair on any young player, but theres definitely flashes of something very special there. carrington might just have another gem on their hands. chicharito was talking to rio ferdinand about what made scholes so special. after one training session scholes pulled him aside and said whenever you see my head come up, just make your run. he told him not to overthink it because the pass would always find him. chicharito couldnt believe scholes was telling him that, but he trusted him. time after time scholes would lift his head, chicharito would make the run, and the ball would arrive exactly where it needed to be. thats the level scholes operated at
