Europe military spending GDP 2025

According to the SIPRI Military Expenditure Database, Ukraine allocates 39.56% of its GDP to the military, which is the highest share in Europe for 2025. Russia follows at 7.50%, then Poland at 4.50%. Latvia spends 3.61%, Estonia 3.37%, Norway 3.28%, Denmark 3.25%, Lithuania 3.08%, Greece 2.99%, and Serbia 2.76%.
