Claudio Castagnoli just laid out what actually bugs him most about the wrestling business and it comes down to one specific thing: people not taking the craft seriously. He isn't saying you have to drop all the fun stuff or that every move needs to be a technical masterpiece either. The point he's making is that whatever path you choose, if you pick wrestling as your craft then you need to treat it with respect and take it seriously. There are honestly many different ways to succeed in this industry but if you want to be successful and do it right then you have to take your craft serious. That doesn't mean you have to be some serious technical wrestler or anything like that because that can be anything really. But I feel like if you want to be successful and if you do this then take it serious. That would probably be the biggest pet peeve for him but he also understands if somebody just wants to do it once a month or whatever, like sure. But if you want to be successful and you want to do it right, just take it seriously.
