GTA VI dead eye mechanics

Wild how GTA VI dead eye feels similar to Red Dead Redemption 2 but unique in its own way. Areas highlighted in red means that the target will die instantly, head and heart while yellow areas are to incapacitate enemy NPCs. In the Extended Look, we've seen Jason shooting at an enemy but not leave a fatal wound. The enemy NPC lies on the ground and is hurt, unable to damage you.
