Shawn Michaels discusses NXT roster changes

Shawn Michaels weighs in on how bringing in Cruz Montana, Grayson Waller, and Zilla Fatu actually shifted the dynamic for the NXT men's division. He notes that while the new roster additions created a fresh challenge for everyone involved, they simultaneously relieved a massive amount of pressure from the existing guys. The core group finally grasped the scope of what was ahead and accepted that rebuilding wouldn't happen overnight. For many of them, watching the talent pool get stripped down so drastically was their first real taste of that kind of vulnerability, leaving them shell-shocked for a short while. Michaels compares the feeling to recovering from an injury where you question if your skills will return once you step back into the ring. It takes getting that first match under your belt to realize you're still capable of doing exactly what you've always done. Once you find your comfort zone again, the doubt fades, which is exactly what the men's division managed to do. He also makes sure to highlight that the ladies are fantastic as well. #ShawnMichaels
