Shawn Michaels explains that the powers that be on the main roster send reports to him detailing what specific NXT talent needs to improve on. He says Matt Bloom and all his team of coaches do a fantastic job handling it. The reports show areas where they're talking about certain NXT talent needing work like, they need to work on this or that. It's something they have to get word to them every now and then to let them know about these areas.
