Zico on Messi vs Ronaldo

ZICO dropped a massive take on the Messi vs Ronaldo debate, starting with a clear preference: if he had to pick a teammate, it's Ronaldo. But don't think this means one is better than the other. Zico explains that many of the things Messi does, he could also do them. The real distinction lies in how they operate. You simply cannot compare Messi with Ronaldo because they are two completely different players. Zico asserts that Messi was born with a talent that seems from another planet. He does not need to strive to create magic; the ball obeys him by instinct. In contrast, Ronaldo did not receive that kind of gift. His ability came from pure discipline and an unshakable determination. He trained every day with the goal of being number one... and he achieved it.
