Gonzalo García Club World Cup Golden Boot

WE DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU, FLORENTINO PÉREZ! It has been exactly one year since Gonzalo García finished as the top scorer of the Club World Cup. He took home the Golden Boot, beating out heavyweights like Haaland, Kane, Messi, and Mbappé. For a Real Madrid academy graduate, that felt like the moment he would finally break through. Instead, we are watching him score his first goal for Fulham in his Premier League debut. This is a player who always gave everything on the pitch. He defended the badge like no one else and stepped up whenever he was called upon. He had every tool needed to shine at Real Madrid. Now the hope is that he finds that spotlight in the Premier League with Álvaro Arbeloa's Fulham. GONZALO GARCÍA DESERVED MORE RESPECT.
