Marcos Llorente strict lifestyle

Marcos Llorente's discipline is from another planet! What Marcos Llorente does is surprising not only for what he does INSIDE the pitch... but also for how he takes care of his body OUTSIDE IT. 🤯💪🏻 The Spaniard follows an extremely strict lifestyle, inspired by his own interpretation of a paleolithic diet: 🦴 Zero ultra-processed foods. ❌ Nothing of pasta, bread, wheat, or rice. 🥩 Meat, fish, and eggs as the base. 🥔 Carbohydrates mainly from potato, sweet potato, and yuca. 🌅 He tries to eat while there is natural light. 🔴 He uses red light after sunset. 🦶 He even walks barefoot as part of his routine. And there is something even MORE striking: he ensures that he does not do it just for his career. 🗣️ "It is a lifestyle and a way of living. With this I will live and with this I will die. I do it for my health, not for football." That said, some of these practices do not have the same scientific backing, and others, such as the so-called 'connection with the earth,' remain a subject of debate. But there is something IMPOSSIBLE to deny: HIS DISCIPLINE IS ABSOLUTE!! 🦾🔥 While many finish training and disconnect... Llorente seems to live as if EVERY DAY WAS PART OF THE TRAINING.
