ANRESF, the Financial Agency, has placed a hiring restriction on GRÊMIO. The Imortal can only sign new players with explicit authorization from the body. This step follows the Rio Grande do Sul club filing for a collective debt plan at CNRD. Releases for incoming transfers depend on two strict financial conditions.
