Derek Chauvin mugshot

Derick Chauvin has launched his third bid to overturn the conviction in the George Floyd murder case. This latest legal push challenges the fundamental legality of the criminal prosecution itself. Defense lawyers are asking the court to dismiss all charges and reverse the verdict entirely. Their argument centers on two specific procedural claims. First, they contend that Governor Tim Walz acted improperly when he transferred jurisdiction to Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. Second, the team asserts that Chauvin was never indicted by a grand jury. The defense maintains that these alleged violations stripped the court of any jurisdiction over the matter. Public attention has intensified following comments from Elon Musk. He publicly declared that Chauvin was "wrongfully convicted" and insisted that "he is not a murderer." With this third attempt to appeal now officially underway, observers note that the case demands close monitoring. FREEDOM FOR DERICK CHAUVIN!✌🏻
