Kunal, age 18, purchased an iPhone on EMI and faced difficulty making payments. He requested his parents settle the bill but they stated they lacked funds. A dispute arose after which Kunal climbed to a steep cliff edge at Khavdya Hill and threatened suicide. Police, family members, and residents worked for almost three hours to convince him to retreat. His father approached to pull him back, causing both of them to lose footing and fall into the gorge. The mother saw her husband and son plunge and jumped right away. All three passed away in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.
