Here is the full set of shortcuts for managing your data directly from the keyboard. Press Alt + A + M to remove duplicate values instantly. Use Alt + A + E to open the Text to Columns wizard when you need to split text fields. For ordering your list, hit Alt + A + S + A to sort A → Z or switch to Alt + A + S + D to sort Z → A. When organizing groups, Alt + A + G + G groups rows or columns together while Alt + A + G + U ungroups them if you need to break that structure apart. Finally, use Alt + A + T to refresh all data whenever the numbers stop updating.
