    NBA 2000s Draft Class Players

Russell Westbrook officially retired after 18 seasons, ending his run as one of the defining players from the 2000-2010 draft classes. The NBA is saying goodbye to an era as the list of remaining veterans shrinks. LeBron James stands alone from the 2003 class. Kevin Durant, Al Horford, Mike Conley, and Jeff Green are the holdouts from 2007. Brook Lopez, Deandre Jordan, Kevin Love, Eric Gordon, and Nicolas Batum represent the 2008 group. James Harden, Steph Curry, Jrue Holiday, and DeMar DeRozan remain from 2009. Paul George is the last one left from 2010. Some players stay firmly part of the NBA picture while others have moved on. Jeff Green, Kevin Love, Eric Gordon, Nicolas Batum, and DeMar DeRozan remain unsigned after playing last season. James Harden is an unrestricted free agent with an expected return to Cleveland. This group carries so much history including champions, MVPs, All-Stars, scoring titles, and unforgettable rivalries. It feels like we are really nearing the end of that chapter in basketball history. Now the question gets harder to avoid: who will be the final player standing from the 2000s?
