Ronaldinho Copa Libertadores Atlético Mineiro

Ronaldinho joined Atlético Mineiro at 33 with plenty of people assuming he was just back home to cruise toward retirement. Instead he won the Copa Libertadores, contributed 4 goals and 7 assists in 14 matches, got picked as the best player of the tournament, and completed his trophy collection. That makes him the only footballer with a World Cup, Champions League, Copa América, Ballon d'Or, Confederations Cup, and Libertadores in the cabinet.
