Donald "Chip" Pugh is wanted in Ohio, but he wasn't happy with the mugshot police were using. So he sent them a replacement. His note: "Here is a better photo that one is terrible." The new image is a formal headshot: plain blue background, neutral expression, goatee, collared shirt.
