Trump Truth Social early access lawsuit

The Intercept and Freedom of the Press Foundation are suing Trump Media over Truth API, a paid service offering early access to posts from Trump's account and nine others for up to $100K a month. They argue it blocks equal access to market-moving official announcements, violating the First Amendment, and call it profoundly corrupt because Trump profits as the company's largest shareholder. Trump Media responds that left-wing activists are trying to "censor" him.
